2009 Jim Bridger Trail Run!

Date and time: Saturday June 13th, 2009. 10-mile run starts promptly at 10:00 am. New this year: 9:00am start time for those anticipating a 3+ hour race.

Registration: at Active.com or download a registration form on the home page of this website.

Location: Bridger Mountain Range, Bozeman, Montana. Start 3 miles up Sypes Canyon Road at Sypes Canyon Trailhead.
Because this race starts and finishes at a private residence, please NO dogs or unattended children.

Entry fee: $30.00 Entry includes custom running shirts, prizes, course aid, food, beverages and awards to top finishers. Race day registration for 10 mile run will cost $35.00. If picking up race packet on the morning of event, please come early!

Course and other info: Start and finish at Sypes Canyon Trailhead. 10-mile course is a single loop crossing private property on gravel and dirt roads and rough and rocky trails on National Forest land. With multiple stream crossings, mud, snow, mountain lions and over 2,000’ of elevation gain, the Jim Bridger Trail Run is challenging! Please be prepared! Food and beverages provided at post race party for race participants and volunteers only. Food tickets will be included in you’re race number packet. You will need it to eat and be eligible for door prizes! Additional food tickets may be purchased race day for $2.00 each. Also, the proceeds raised from this race will be donated to the Bridger Ski Foundation Nordic Team. Any additional donations will be greatly appreciated.

Packet Pick-Up Friday, June 12th from 3 to 6 pm, at The Club in Bozeman, or you can pick up your packet on race day.
