Tuesday Nov. 18th – 4:15 – WITH POLES Meet at the West Hospital Parking Lot (connected to the backside of Pete’s Hill Trails) for practice at Lindley – Technique, Strength and GAMES!
Thursday Nov. 20th – 4:15 – WITH POLES Meet at the West Hospital Parking Lot (connected to the backside of Pete’s Hill Trails) for practice at Lindley- Relays and GAMES!
