Tuesday, Nov. 18 – Easy running with ski poles and games at Lindley Park
Wednesday, Nov. 19 – Strength, games and relays at Lindley Park
Thursday, Nov. 20 – Easy running/ski imitation with ski poles and games at Lindley Park
Saturday, Nov. 22 – TBD based on snow conditions in West Yellowstone and the plans of the older skiers. Please look for an email or check the “Training Schedules” link at bsfnordic.com later in the week.
