BSF Training Schedules:

BSF training - J4/J3 first year (Kristen's group)

This week we are back to our usual location with a slight change—we start swimming. During the month of July, we will do strength training for the first hour and then swim for the second hour every Tuesday and Thursday. Please drop off your athletes at the same BSHS parking lot near the weight room door, but pick them up at the Swim Center (just around the corner) at 10:00 am. Wednesdays will still be days on the trail.

Here is this week’s schedule:

Tuesday, July 1 – strength and swimming (don’t forget a swimsuit, towel, and goggles) at BSHS and the Swim Center from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.

Wednesday, July 2 – mountain biking from the Triple Tree parking lot 8:00 am to 10:00 am.

Thursday, July 3 – strength and swimming at BSHS and the Swim Center from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
