J5/J4/J3 training, March 4-6

What a great weekend! Everyone who traveled to Sun Valley really did BSF proud. There was an awful lot of beautiful skiing, camaraderie, and fun having. Great job, everyone! And, for anyone who hasn’t heard, BSF won the Sportsmanship Award. Parents, thanks for your help on that one . . .
Here is our training schedule for the week (the LAST week of training for the season):
Tuesday, March 4 – CLASSIC at Lindley Park
Wednesday, March 5 – SKATE at Bozeman Creek
Thursday, March 6 – CLASSIC at Lindley Park
The final Spam Cup Classic Race will be held in West Yellowstone on Saturday. There will NOT be team ski waxing for this race, but I will be in West to help BSF athletes with warming up, skiing the course, etc. Other BSF coaches will either be in Alaska for Junior Nationals or finished for the season.
Sometime in March, BSF will be having an End of the Season Party—after Nationals are over. Details for the party will be sent in an email and posted at bsfnordic.com.
