J5/J4/J3 training, February 26 - March 1

Here is your training schedule for the week:

Tuesday, February 26 – CLASSIC at Lindley Park
Wednesday, February 27 – SKATE at Bozeman Creek
Thursday, February 28 – CLASSIC at Lindley Park

Friday, February 29 – 7:00 a.m. depart for Sun Valley from the high school (horseshoe parking lot on the Main Street side—look for the Karst Stage); please get there at 6:45 to load up gear. Also, don’t forget to bring $3 each for a team headband (Thanks, Liam and Sharyn!!).

Saturday, March 1 – J4/J3 Groups, NO TRAINING SINCE COACHES WILL BE TRAVELING TO SUN VALLEY. J5 group please see Alex for Saturday’s training plan.
