Tuesday:
AM 30 minutes general strength
PM classic skiing at Lindley, 1) distance with acceleration, 2) relays, speed work in small groups
Wednesday:
AM 30 minutes easy jogging
PM skate skiing at Lindley 1) high intensity work with partner, 2) easy distance skiing and short pick ups.
Thursday:
AM 30 minutes general strength
PM skate at Lindley 1) distance with short pick ups in the end, 2) high intensity, relays, short sprints
Friday:
12:30pmEarly practice, classic skiing (course inspection).
2:00pm J2 girls wax.
3:00pm J2 boys wax.
6:00pm dinner at MacKenzie River Pizza Co.
Saturday:
Classic sprints.
Sunday:
Individual 5km skate.
