Below is the J2 training schedule for this week:
Tuesday AM: 30 minutes strength.
Tuesday PM: Bozeman Creek, skate intensity and technique.
Wednesday: Bozeman Creek, classic skiing.
Thursday AM: 30 minutes strength.
Thursday PM: Travel to Park City or skate skiing with intensity at Bozeman Creek.
Saturday: Junior race at Soldier Hollow or Spam Cup at West Yellowstone.
Sunday: Junior race at Soldier Hollow or classic skiing or running on your own.
