BSF Nordic is offering a Winter Program for Masters. We are planning
to have three different groups depending on the group interest and time.
Open for groups of 8-12 skiers.
Training Times: Practice will be every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00-9:00 a.m., 12:00-1:00 p.m., or 4:15-5:15 p.m. You can pick the group based on your schedule. Training starts December 5th, 2006.
Groups will meet at Lindley Park in the parking lot on the West side of the Deaconess Hospital.
Goals: learning, improving and mastering ski techniques; improving general and specific fitness level; learning, improving and mastering ski tactics, improving general and specific strength with emphasize on explosive power.
Coaches: Dragan Danevski – U.S. Coach of the Year for 2002.
Tim Weston - Former Div. I All-American and former Subaru Factory Team
racer.
Beckie Bjork - Former MSU racer, experience with Bogus Basin and BSF.
Various elite team members will also help.
Coaching Fee: $200
