Additional forms below are required with registration:

1. BSF Liability Release Form - required for Juniors, Masters and YSL

2. BSF Medical Release Form - required for Juniors, Masters and YSL

3. New this year USSA Membership - required for all participants for insurance purposes*

4. BSF Volunteer Questionnaire - required for Ski-Season Junior

5. Bohart Ranch Waiver and Release form - required for Ski-Season participants (not summer-only) Juniors, and Saturday YSL

 

* For insurance purposes, a 2010-2011 membership to the United States Ski & Snowboard Association (USSA) is now required to participate in all BSF training programs. Memberships may be purchased online at ussa.org. A USSA membership number will be required to complete your registration. Athletes from other ski sports may use their sport-specific USSA membership (Alpine, Freestyle, etc) if that membership is renewed by July 1, 2010. Nordic athletes and athletes from other sports ages 13 and under (YSL/J5/J4/J3) may purchase a Nordic Kid Membership for $50. Merit and Need Award Information:

 

2010-11 Application for Merit and Need Awards - application will be posted here as soon as it is available.

  • Awards are available for Bridger Ski Foundation Nordic athletes in two categories:  Merit and Need.  Merit awards are to recognize Bridger Ski Foundation Nordic athletes for excellence and dedicated participation in the BSF Nordic ski program (see award criteria below).  Need awards are to assist BSF skiers whose participation requires financial support beyond what their parents can supply.  
  • A total of up to three Merit Awards of $400 may be given to deserving athletes.  A total of up to $2,700 may be given to Need Award applicants.

IMD, USSA, FIS License information:

 

License information - General information on all available licenses for nordic skiers: IMD, USSA & FIS. Please read for more information on licenses needed.

Inter Mountain Division License application - required for all athletes J2 and older who wish to earn points toward Junior Nationals at the IMD qualifiers. The license must be purchased before the first IMD qualifier which will be January 17 & 18 in Jackson, Wyoming. IMD license cost is $20 per skier until January 7th and after January 7 the cost jumps to $40 per skier. Please download the attached application form and send it in to Intermountain USSA - address listed on the form. Please see your coach if you have questions.
